Logistics
The Logistics Department, with a team of eight employees, is responsible for the maintenance of the High Court's properties, space management, furniture management, internal mail service, and the operation of the reception and telephone switchboard. Additionally, the Logistics Department supports various construction projects within the Zurich civil and criminal courts.
We are looking for a committed and highly flexible person to work immediately or by arrangement as a substitute in our reception and mailroom area. With an annual workload of 60%, we offer you the opportunity to take on diverse tasks and support our team. Usually, you will know your work assignments or "workdays" at least one month in advance, but spontaneous assignments can also occur.
Substitute Receptionist and Mailroom Clerk (60%)
For this position, you can look forward to the following exciting tasks:
- Professional care of visitors at the reception and providing telephone information
- Efficient organization and distribution of mail including electronic entries
- Monitoring of security systems on the monitor
- Supporting the Head of Logistics with administrative tasks
What you bring:
- A commercial education or completed vocational training with additional commercial qualification
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good spoken English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with customers and employees
- Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
- Team spirit and willingness to actively contribute to our team
- Category B driving license required (for picking up and delivering mail)
