About the job
We support over 3,000 SMEs and municipalities in the areas of debt collection, factoring, and monitoring. Our services range from the dunning process to the purchase of receivables.
Due to our growth and to expand our service team in Baar (Zug), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated individual to actively support us with the diverse tasks!

Tasks
This motivates you:
- You handle debt collection cases while safeguarding the interests of our clients, including telephone contact with debtors, customers, and authorities as well as all related correspondence.
- You make independent decisions in your cases, taking into account factual and economic aspects, regarding the appropriate course of action.
- You support and advise customers, debtors, and authorities by telephone and in writing in German and Italian. French is naturally an advantage.
- Various administrative tasks complete your duties.
Qualifications
This distinguishes you:
- You have completed commercial training.
- You have proven knowledge in customer service, service, and/or finance, preferably in the field of debt collection.
- You communicate fluently in German and Italian. French is an advantage.
- You embody the service mindset towards customers, debtors, and authorities. You appreciate exchange and enjoy it.
- You have a confident, skilful, and factual approach to demanding telephone customer conversations.
- Your MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) are solid and you are proficient in their use.
- You appreciate a diverse range of tasks and can prioritise well.
- You are an agile personality who is open to change.
- Resilience and teamwork are not foreign concepts to you.
