Job Description

The Sant’Anna and Ars Medica Clinics, part of the Swiss Medical Network group, are looking for a Quality and Risk Management Officer with the aim of ensuring the development, implementation and monitoring of quality and patient safety systems.

Qualifications

Your responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement the quality and risk management strategy for both facilities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare quality regulations and standards
• Coordinate and monitor risk management and adverse event processes
• Promote a culture of patient safety and continuous improvement
• Supervise internal and external audits, as well as certification processes
• Collaborate with healthcare management and department heads
• Define and monitor quality and performance indicators
• Manage cross-functional projects related to quality and safety

Your profile:

• Higher education in healthcare (preferably complemented by a specialisation in quality/risk management)
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a hospital or clinical setting
• Knowledge of quality regulations and standards (e.g. ISO, clinical risk management)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Autonomy, initiative and a focus on continuous improvement
• Willingness to be mobile, both within the canton (Ticino) and occasionally outside the canton
• Excellent knowledge of Italian; good knowledge of French and/or German (B1/B2)
