Senior Buyer Only Online (m/f/d)

Your new tasks

Interface function within Category Management to coordinate and implement overarching supplementary and additional assortments in a pure online listing.
Independent management of overarching online assortment listings of individual suppliers with a focus on dropshipping.
Planning, development, and procurement of innovative, market- and profit-oriented assortments in close cooperation with the supervisor
Purchasing activities domestically and abroad (supplier visits, trade fairs, GIGA/XXXL committees)
Realizing commercial targets regarding sales, margin, and goals for assortment breadth and depth
Central control of assortments
Market observation
Administrative management of product groups using SAP/R3
Leadership and development of several Category Management assistants

What you bring with you

Business administration studies or similar education/training in purchasing or marketing
Retail professional experience in Category Management/purchasing, online experience is an advantage
Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
Willingness to travel
Leadership experience as well as good knowledge of English
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft system environment is an advantage
