In our modern AEMP (Medical Device Reprocessing Unit), you and your team ensure that our surgical instruments are sterile, flawless, and ready for use every day. A responsible task that is not visible but indispensable. Due to the expansion of the operating theatre operations, we are seeking additional support for our team immediately or by arrangement.

Technical Sterilisation Assistant (a) 60–80%

What you will do with us

• Clean, assemble, package, and sterilise medical devices
• Operate cleaning and disinfection equipment
• Document and release batches
• Work closely with nursing and operating theatre teams

What you bring

• Training as a Technical Sterilisation Assistant (Expertise Level 1 or 2)
• Interest in technology, attention to detail, and enjoyment of clear processes
• Team spirit, openness, and the ability to be flexible when needed
• Good German language skills (at least level B2)
