We, LWS Wärmeservice GmbH, are an established and renowned installation and service company that installs and services heating systems. The focus of our work is in the field of alternative energies such as heat pumps, solar collectors, and wood-fired heating systems.

…you take responsibility for our project management team!

As a team leader, you lead the team and actively develop the department. You question existing processes and optimise workflows. In addition, you personally manage demanding heating projects – from planning to successful implementation. You are the central contact person for customers, our sales team, installation teams, and external partners.

YOUR TASKS

• You lead the project management team both professionally and personally – from deployment planning through target agreements to the development of your employees.
• You manage selected projects yourself – from sales to commissioning.
• With your technical know-how, you advise our customers on modern heating solutions such as heat pumps, wood heating systems, or district heating.
• You work closely with installers, suppliers, and partner companies – solution-oriented and on an equal footing.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are a trained heating planner, technician, or have a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in planning and implementing modern heating systems, ideally with renewable energies.
• You already have leadership experience or the willingness to take responsibility for a team.
• You work in an organised manner, make solution-oriented decisions, and enjoy taking responsibility.
• You work in a structured, independent way, are organised, and confident in using MS Office.
• You present yourself confidently and are communicative, reliable, and punctual.
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
