About the job
The Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte — EHC is a healthcare network that includes, among others, 35 medical centres including the NEDOL Medical Centre in Renens. The latter offers consultations in general and visceral surgery, vascular surgery, angiology, endocrine surgery, as well as nephrology (kidneys). Its multidisciplinary team sees patients by appointment in brand new premises on the 4th floor, one floor above the NEDOL Dialysis Centre, and offers consultations benefiting from cutting-edge technologies to ensure optimal care, combining medical quality and personalised support.
To strengthen this team, we are looking, from 01/06/2026 or to be agreed, for a:
Medical Assistant (M/F) at 60-80%

YOU HAVE
- A Federal VET Diploma as a medical assistant, or an equivalent qualification.
- Skills in blood sampling and laboratory analyses.
- A strong interest in administrative tasks.
- Flexibility and versatility to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out routine and exceptional activities.
- A good team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Recognised skills in the use of IT tools as well as excellent spelling.
- A strong team spirit, autonomy and the desire to evolve in an environment that fosters collegiality.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the reception and orientation of patients.
- Guarantee an excellent patient experience on a daily basis.
- Manage telephone duty and message taking.
- Ensure the management of billing for medical procedures.
- Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the centre such as managing emails and schedules.
- Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up and archiving of patients' physical medical records.
- Type, proofread and transmit medical reports and examination results to doctors within appropriate deadlines.
- Provide care, ensure clinical monitoring of patients and assist doctors during specific interventional and non-interventional care.
- Perform routine diagnostic services: laboratory, ECG, Remler, Apnealink, etc.
