What to expect
- Varied projects in agile software development – either directly with the client or in ti&m projects that we realize end-to-end for our clients
- Assuming different roles in the project context such as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner – depending on the phase, setting, and strengths
- Analysis of existing business processes, development of viable concepts, and support of implementation in interdisciplinary teams
- Close collaboration with clients, engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to design functional, viable solutions

What you bring
- Several years of experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner in software development
- Proficient in common methods in requirements engineering and agile project management (e.g., Scrum) – ideally complemented by relevant certifications (IREB, Scrum, OCEB2, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a confident, structured demeanor towards clients and development teams
- Completed studies in a technical or business-related field (FH/Uni/ETH)
- Willingness to work on-site with clients in Switzerland
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
