About the job
The Casavita Foundation has been caring for and supporting elderly people for over 30 years. In our four homes in Basel, 240 residents have a place to call home. Additionally, we rent out apartments with individual service offerings.

For the Casavita Foundation, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a
Certified Nursing Specialist 40 - 100%
Your area of responsibility- Ensuring and implementing high-quality care and support for the residents
- Planning care needs and monitoring the care process
- Communication with relatives and other professionals
- Close collaboration within the team as well as with trainees and interns
Your profile
- Completed higher education in nursing and care at tertiary level (FH, HF, DN II or DN I, PsyKP, AKP); for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is mandatory
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Solid experience with RAI care classification
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people as well as an independent and responsible working style
