• Management, motivation and training of the service team as well as personnel scheduling and time control in close cooperation with the catering management.
• Active participation in day-to-day business, professional guest advice at the highest level and monitoring of the reservation system.
• Ensuring a smooth service process as well as co-responsibility for compliance with and promotion of quality standards.
• Independent planning, organisation and successful execution of banquets and events.

• Completed training in the hotel/catering industry, preferably with a degree from a hotel management school
• Professional experience in a similar position in upscale gastronomy
• Excellent German and English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
• Communicative leader and team player
• Charismatic host who feels comfortable dealing with demanding guests
• Decisive, independent and organised
• Assertiveness, flexibility and resilience
