As a thoughtful personality and team player, you ensure the smooth handling of ongoing financial processes, from accounts receivable and payable accounting to participation in monthly and annual financial statements. In addition, you take on the role of Finance Super-User for our ERP system. This allows you to apply your expertise to exciting projects and make a difference.

Finance Clerk (80% - 100%)

Your Responsibilities

• Managing the general ledger from monthly balance account reconciliation to handling VAT returns for Switzerland and Germany
• Independently managing and maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting
• Contributing to the preparation of monthly reporting
• Participating in the development and digitalisation of financial accounting processes

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ); ideally further training in accounting (clerk or similar)
• Professional experience in accounting
• Independent organisation of the work environment, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Charming and constructive assertiveness to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; oral French skills are an advantage.
