What you achieve

• Install, commission, instruct and hand over new burglary, video surveillance, access control systems and security control systems to the customer
• Implement small, medium and large projects in cooperation with the project manager
• Maintain, repair and expand existing burglary, video surveillance, access control systems and security control systems
• Create and update the technical documentation of the systems
• Advise and support customers in all technical matters
• Provide on-call service after the introduction phase (approx. 5 - 6 weeks per year)
• High customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for your actions

What you bring

• Completed training as a telematics technician, electrician, automation technician (EFZ) or equivalent professional training
• Good knowledge of IP network technology and confident handling of common IT tools (Microsoft 365)
• Quick comprehension as well as flexible and independent working style
• Willingness to travel and a category B driving licence
• French language skills are an advantage
• Strong customer, project and service orientation
