Logistics Specialist with Leadership Responsibility and SAP Expertise
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a committed warehouse team with consideration of motivation and goal orientation
- Optimising and managing efficient warehouse processes including inventory and warehouse utilisation
- Implementing and maintaining warehouse facilities and high-bay warehouses in collaboration with IT
- Responsibility as local SAP WM/IM Key User with international coordination
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements regarding occupational safety, hazardous goods, and SUVA guidelines
Requirements
- Completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ with further training as a logistics expert
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position with strong service orientation
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and pronounced teamwork with a hands-on mentality
- High organisational and coordination talent combined with networked thinking
- Very good German and English skills as well as solid knowledge of SAP WM/IM and MS Office
