We are looking for a mature, grounded personality seeking a long-term professional home. We have deliberately designed the workload as a full-time position because we want someone who feels comfortable with us for years and grows with us. In our small team of three, we maintain extremely flat hierarchies and genuine co-determination rights. We seek someone proud of first-class product presentation and who enjoys advising customers holistically.

Since our range is tried and established, you can expect a clear structure without constant, unpredictable task changes. Once you are trained, you will be the stable hub for our customers.

The working environment: The Valley

• Infrastructure: The shop is located in the "The Valley" area - a modern, impressive place in historically illuminated halls.

• Coffee Corner: A special highlight of our shop is the integrated Coffee Corner with about 6 seats. This gives the shop a very pleasant, personal touch and attracts a diverse clientele that we serve on site.

• Accessibility: Kemptthal station is only a 2-minute walk away. Free parking spaces are available on site for drivers.

• Tesla infrastructure: Tesla Powerchargers are located right outside our door.

• Well-being: Thanks to generous window fronts, the shop is flooded with light and offers a bright, motivating working atmosphere.

Your profile

• Background: Training in retail, several years of sales experience or experience in related fields (food industry/production).

• Language skills: German at native level or at least C1 (fluent language use is mandatory).

• Personality: Acting independently with a high degree of responsibility for the care and harmony of the shop.

• Ethics: Open communication and absolute reliability.

• Presence: Willingness to work Monday to Friday (08:45 - 18:15) and Saturdays in alternating rotation (08:45 - 14:00). Monday is a fixed working day.
