Your main tasks:

- Operating and monitoring technical systems
- Conducting fault analyses and initiating targeted measures
- Coordinating or performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work
- Documenting operational processes and conducting control rounds
- First intervention and minor repairs
- Defining proactive proposals for energy and operational optimization measures

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training in the field of building technology (e.g., electrical, HVAC)
- Several years of experience in technical building maintenance and very good technical understanding
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Independent and organized working style
- Communicative and customer-oriented personality
- Proficient PC skills (MS Office)
