As a Telecom Project Manager, you contribute concretely to the development and modernisation of the Swiss railway infrastructure. You plan, manage and implement challenging projects in the field of railway telecommunications, taking on a key role within a close-knit, competent and motivated team. What you can get moving.

• As a project manager, you take responsibility for investment and transformation projects in the Regional Projects and Production Management (RPP) sector, collaborating with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
• You contribute to the strengthening and renewal of the railway infrastructure, ensuring sustainable and future-oriented solutions.
• You lead and develop regional and supra-regional projects, as well as national rollouts, with a particular focus on railway telecommunications and the GBT and CBT base tunnels.
• You manage all project phases, from preliminary studies to implementation, commissioning and formal closure.
• You coordinate specialists, suppliers and external partners, ensuring the achievement of quality, cost and time objectives.
• You promote the exchange of experiences and best practices with project colleagues throughout the organisation, contributing to the continuous development of the function.
• We offer you a high degree of autonomy in managing your projects and the opportunity to personally contribute to the development of railway infrastructure in the Southern Region and throughout Switzerland.

What you bring with you.

• You stand out for your initiative, sense of responsibility and solution-oriented approach.
• You know how to engage stakeholders with different skills and interests, building consensus and leading the team towards common goals.
• You possess solid technical knowledge in telecommunications and electrical engineering; knowledge of the railway sector is an advantage.
• You have experience in project management and collaboration with clients, suppliers and external partners.
• You have completed tertiary education (university of applied sciences, university or equivalent), ideally accompanied by specific training in project management.
• Your mother tongue is Italian or German and you have good/excellent knowledge of the other language, enabling you to communicate effectively in a national context.
