We are looking for our client, a :

Junior Property Manager

Responsibilities :

• Management of a property portfolio
• Conduct visits, preliminary visits and condition reports
• Technical monitoring of maintenance and renovation works
• Organise and monitor the services of the various stakeholders, including maintenance contracts
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets and schedules
• Contacts with owners and tenants

Profile :

• Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee in the real estate sector or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a technical assistant or junior manager within a real estate agency
  
• Good stress resistance and good priority management
• Very good knowledge of IT tools
  
• Driving licence required
