You should be able to tick some or all of the following points:

- Enthusiasm for construction and brilliant projects.

- Completed training as a draughtsperson with further training as a construction manager, structural technician TS, architect FH or equivalent qualification.

- Experience as a construction manager (or enough drive to gain it).

- Communicative personality and high social competence.

- Independent working style, resilient, solution-oriented thinking.
