- Co-design of therapeutic offers and daily structure (e.g. groups, movement offers, daily tasks)
- Independent organisation of internal processes (e.g. food orders, materials, chores)
- Co-responsibility in the implementation of individual treatment plans and exchange within the interdisciplinary team
- Collaboration in administrative tasks as well as participation in case discussions, supervisions and further training

Psychiatry Baselland (PBL) is one of the leading psychiatric institutions in Northwestern Switzerland.
