About the RoleIn this position, you will advise SME and corporate clients on a broad range of financing and banking solutions while acting as a trusted long-term partner to your client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing an existing portfolio of corporate clients across Eastern Switzerland
- Advising clients on financing solutions, credit structures, and broader banking services
- Assessing and structuring credit applications and developing tailored financing concepts
- Taking credit decisions within delegated authority levels
- Building long-term client relationships and actively acquiring new business opportunities
- Expanding and maintaining a strong regional network among entrepreneurs and local stakeholders
- Representing the bank at client meetings, networking events, and regional business functions
- Contributing to strategic initiatives and internal projects where relevant

About the CandidateWe are looking for an experienced corporate banking professional with strong relationship management skills and a solid track record in financing advisory within the Swiss market.
You will ideally bring:
- Several years of experience in corporate banking, with a strong focus on financing and credit advisory
- Experience managing and developing client portfolios within the SME and corporate segment
- Strong understanding of credit structuring and risk assessment
- A well-established network within Eastern Switzerland would be advantageous
- A commercial banking background combined with further education in banking, finance, or business administration (HF/FH level or equivalent)
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with strong client and service orientation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in German is essential
