Dipl. Nurse HF/FH Acute Geriatrics 60% - 100%

Your tasks

• Holistic care: You accompany acutely ill, older people from admission to discharge, with the aim of gradually restoring their independence
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Together with doctors, therapists (physio, ergo, speech therapy) and social services, you ensure optimal, holistic treatment
• Complex care: You apply your expertise in acute geriatrics, palliative care and rehabilitative nursing purposefully and continuously develop it further
• Co-creation: You actively contribute your ideas to nursing development and interdisciplinary case discussions
• Support & guidance: You accompany learners and students in daily practice and gladly pass on your knowledge

Your profile

• Training: Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (with foreign diploma recognised by the SRK)
• Experience: Professional experience in acute care or ideally in acute geriatrics or long-term care
• Social competence: Empathetic, resilient and communicative personality with a heart for older people
• Expertise: High professional competence in care planning, assessment and documentation
• Working style: Independence, sense of responsibility and the ability to prioritise in dynamic situations
