This is what your varied working day looks like- You work in day-to-day business and support the field service with all administrative matters such as preparing insurance quotes.
- At the counter, on the phone and in written communication, you handle enquiries and concerns of our customers.
- You perform organisational tasks and assist in planning and conducting team events and meetings.

- You have completed secondary school with good to very good grades
- You are curious about the insurance industry and have a strong willingness to learn
- You are reliable and demonstrate initiative and perseverance
- You enjoy working with others, can integrate well into a team and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- You are strong in communication and have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
