Your tasks
Your varied and responsible job revolves primarily around oral health and how, thanks to it, you make the world a better and healthier place.
- You process orders and subsequent deliveries of our products to branches and distribution partners in the EU and worldwide.
- You coordinate and monitor orders from entry to dispatch and ensure timely processing.
- You organise transports with our logistics partners and coordinate closely with freight forwarders, courier services, and internal departments.
- You prepare shipping and customs documents for sea, air, truck, and courier and ensure correct documentation.
- You maintain regular communication with logistics, procurement, and sales to ensure smooth information flow.
- You handle administrative correspondence tasks in an international environment.
- You identify optimisation opportunities in order and export processing and actively contribute your ideas.
Your profile
Together we want to explore new paths and shape the future of oral health. You bring the appropriate professional qualities and skills.
- You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in export or foreign trade, for example as an export clerk or foreign trade specialist.
- You bring experience in a comparable role and are familiar with worldwide shipping of goods.
- You are familiar with shipping and customs documents and ideally have experience with various modes of transport such as sea, air, truck, and courier.
- You work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner and keep an overview even with several parallel orders.
- You communicate confidently in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage.
- You are IT-savvy, work confidently with MS Office, and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems. SAP experience is a plus.
- You describe yourself as a reliable, organised, and solution-oriented person who enjoys working in a team.
