This position is a VIE role, contract under the Business France entity, with the following eligibility criteria:

The VIE Project Manager Assistant supports the Senior Organization & Process Project Managers in managing the Group Strategic Projects Indosuez Wealth Management and/or local Bank projects (headquarters and entities) (hereinafter "the Project(s)"). He/she contributes to the Project objectives in terms of content, schedule, quality, and budget. He/she helps coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders to achieve the key milestones of the Project.
His/her main missions will be as follows:
Assist the Organization & Process Project Managers responsible for delivering digital eBanking, mobile Banking projects, the design and deployment of new portfolio estimates, and other projects related to banking areas (Front, MIS, Compliance, Operations, Risks, Human Resources, Communication);
- Participate in projects end-to-end, in coordination with his/her managers: monitor schedule/budget, internal contributors (Business) and external contributors (IT Indosuez outsourced within Azqore and/or other solution providers);
- Apply the project methodology steps;
- Actively participate in the scoping, design, bank testing phases, and change management;
- Perform functional tests and ensure follow-up on anomalies and improvements;
- Contribute to and implement monitoring and alert indicators for each project;
- Build, improve, and automate KPI Dashboards (knowledge of a market Data Warehouse, Excel, Power BI, and a programming language such as Python is desired);
- Contribute to customer support with the eBanking/mobile Banking Help-desk teams;
- Take charge, depending on opportunities, of projects independently with the support of senior Project Managers from the Organization & Process department.
