What awaits you
- You are responsible for the proactive handling of daily sickness benefit files in cooperation with our clients
- You correspond in German and English, preferably also in Italian
- You are in telephone contact with injured parties, clients and doctors and act as an important interface partner
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training, preferably with further education in social insurance
- Several years of experience in claims handling in the field of daily sickness benefits
- Open-minded, resilient and solution-oriented personality with a flair for medical and legal topics
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Fluent German and English skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
