Your tasks
- Planning, controlling, and optimizing OR processes
- Coordination between OR nursing, anesthesia, and medical service
- Taking on tasks in OR management in addition to previous original activities
- Continued active participation in medical or non-medical service
- Ensuring efficient OR capacity and resource planning
- Analysis and optimization of processes in the OR area
- Quality and performance controlling in the OR
- Ensuring compliance with legal, hygienic, and internal standards
Your profile
- Completed medical or nursing training or medical license
- Position can be filled from medical or non-medical service
- Further training in OR management, or willingness to complete it
- Several years of professional experience in the OR area desirable
- Willingness to continue actively performing the original activity
- Interest in organizational, structural, and management-related tasks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and team-oriented working style
