Responsibilities

• Planning, controlling, and implementing ICT projects in healthcare
• Coordination between various internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Analysis and optimization of processes in collaboration with specialist departments
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and decision templates for management and stakeholders
• Identification of improvement potentials and development of corresponding measures
• Support in the implementation of digital solutions and innovative approaches
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams

Profile

• Completed studies in health management, business administration, project management, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in project management or coordination in healthcare (more than 3 years)
• In-depth knowledge in process management, change management, and digitalization based on successful project work
• Strong communication and organizational skills, reflected in your charismatic personality
• You are a team player, i.e., you enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and find it exciting to collaborate with different hierarchy levels.
• Fluent verbal communication in German and French (at least level C1) is not only one of your strengths but also an absolute linguistic requirement due to the activity for both clinics
• Your written documentation skills in German and English are excellent and have proven themselves in everyday project work
• Your willingness for regular on-site presence at our locations in Bellikon and Sion is not a challenge but a benefit in this exciting role for you.
