We are looking for an industry expert for our location in Zurich-Wallisellen to join our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals.

• Management of a residential property portfolio with a small proportion of commercial properties
• Professional leadership of assistants
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
• Coordinating and implementing rental activities
• Inspecting the properties for their structural condition and organising maintenance work
• Preparing owner reports as well as control and condition reports

• A commercial qualification with a specialist certificate in property management is mandatory
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
• You are courageous, flexible, and set necessary priorities
• Even as a property professional, you gladly face every new challenge
