<p data-mce-="">The Michel Group AG includes the psychiatric institution Private Clinic Meiringen, the Hasliberg Rehabilitation Clinic, the Helsenberg Foundation with residential homes and sheltered workplaces, as well as the Haslital Laundry and the Haslital Daycare Centre, along with service offerings in other areas. It employs around 800 staff across eight different locations.</p>The IT department supports around 800 users. The in-house data centre is located in Meiringen.
Your tasks
<ul><li>Overall responsibility for the growing IT department currently comprising 10 specialists and three team leaders</li><li>Ensuring smooth IT processes across the entire Michel Group, aligned with the needs of the business areas</li><li>Representation of all topics related to digitalisation and innovation in business coordination, as well as contributing strategic and operational expertise</li><li>Expansion and establishment of project portfolio management within the Michel Group, as well as active and persuasive project management </li><li>Responsibility for budget, financial expenditures and future investments; implementation and continuous development of the IT and digitalisation strategy</li><li>Representation of IT in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Consolidation and management of all contracts with external service providers including decision-making</li></ul>
Our expectations
<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position (e.g. CIO, CTO, Head of IT) with proven success in digital transformation</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience in a comparable organisation</li><li>Proven professional experience in IT at both strategic and operational levels</li><li>Experience in IT security/cyber security at organisational level is required</li><li>Knowledge in ERP, CIS and medical informatics</li><li>Experience in healthcare or hospital sector is an advantage</li><li>Very good German language skills (Level C1)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Your personality:</b></p><ul><li>Positive leadership – you care about your employees</li><li>Service-oriented and implementation-strong attitude</li><li>High customer focus and flexibility in daily business</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Authentic and engaging presence</li></ul>
