Spitex Fricktal AG is one of the leading outpatient health organisations in the region. With around 100 employees and 20 trainees, we ensure daily that people in the Fricktal can live independently and safely at home. For over 600 clients, we carry out around 140,000 assignments annually – from somatic care to psychiatric services and specialised palliative care.

We are in an exciting phase of development and are investing purposefully in people, processes, and digitalisation. For this, we are looking for individuals who take responsibility, think ahead, and want to shape the future with us.

To strengthen our teams at the Stein & Bözen location as well as at the Rheinfelden & Möhlin location, we are seeking from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement a committed individual who takes responsibility and helps shape the Spitex Fricktal of tomorrow with us.

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of our clients in their homes
• Qualified and resource-oriented basic and treatment care
• Assessing household situations and implementing measures
• Active collaboration and interdisciplinary communication with relatives and doctors
• Close cooperation and support of the case managers as a key contact person
• Supervision of trainees
• Administrative tasks: implementing prescriptions

What you bring

• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualifications
• Highly flexible and empathetic personality
• High professional and social competence
• Independent and responsible working style
• Good IT user skills, Perigon knowledge is an advantage
• Car driving licence
• Re-entrants are welcome
