Your Tasks

- Support of the institute management and the team in daily business
- Organization of appointments, meetings, and events
- Handling correspondence as well as telephone and email communication
- Maintenance of participant data and administrative documents
- Support in planning and conducting training sessions
- General administrative tasks and office organization
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial experience as a team assistant, office clerk, or in office management desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational skills and structured working method
- Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
- Independence, reliability, and ability to work in a team
