Production Manager: Snacks, Baking & Cooking Ingredients

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the operational management and strategic development of our snacks production
Together with the management team, you lead and develop the production area in a three-shift operation and promote a high-performing, motivating and successful collaboration
You ensure a smooth, timely and economical production process and always keep quality, efficiency and productivity in view
You actively drive the continuous optimisation of processes and workflows and sustainably develop production with Lean Management and CIP
You ensure professional collaboration and communication with internal and external interfaces and guarantee compliance with requirements in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, environment and quality

You have a degree in engineering or a higher technical or technological qualification
You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in industrial production, ideally in a food company with shift work
You convince with appreciative, clear and binding leadership and know how to specifically develop team leaders and teams
You act decisively, organised and solution-oriented and bring a high level of resilience, pragmatism, communication skills and assertiveness
You have a deep understanding of production key figures as well as very good user knowledge in SAP, MES and MS Office
