Your Tasks

• You process and coordinate customer projects as well as tenders and submissions.
• You advise our customers on technical matters and support the field service.
• You coordinate the collaboration between sales, engineering and development, purchasing, and production.
• You plan and monitor deadlines, quality, and project progress and conduct customer and project meetings.
• You create technical documentation and CAD drawings.
• You assist with technical offers, complaints, and master data maintenance in the ERP system and accompany production, quality, and post-calculation processes.

Your Profile

• You have a technical basic education or comparable professional experience, ideally in the HVAC industry or a manufacturing company.
• You bring experience in managing and coordinating customer projects.
• You enjoy technical consulting, direct customer contact, and developing customised solutions.
• You communicate confidently and professionally and skilfully coordinate different stakeholders.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• You are familiar with MS Office and ERP systems, ideally with Comarch ERP, and have basic CAD knowledge.
• You have a strong command of German, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French and/or English as well as experience with submissions and tenders is an advantage.
