Your contribution to our team

As a civil engineer, you start with us directly in the exciting world of demanding construction projects. Our experienced team supports you as you begin your professional career and guides you step by step to the diverse tasks in structural engineering.

As a project engineer, you design demanding buildings and civil structures, excavations and foundations, from the initial concept idea to realisation. You use modern digital planning methods and work closely with specialists from various disciplines.

Another focus lies in the static and dynamic verification of existing structures as well as in the planning of strengthening and conversion measures. You can continuously deepen your expertise and increasingly take on responsibility. We specifically support your professional and personal development. Our goal is for you to develop into an independent project manager in the medium term and to lead demanding projects independently in our interdisciplinary project teams.

Your skills

• Completed Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at ETH Zurich
• Broad interest in engineering tasks and construction methods (reinforced concrete, timber, steel)
• Solid theoretical knowledge in structural analysis, design and geotechnics
• Initiative, communicative and team-oriented personality
• Independence, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking
• Openness to new topics, such as digital planning
• Good communication skills in German, both spoken and written
• Ideally some practical experience
