These versatile tasks await you:
Independent clarification and resolution of complex international issues in the regulatory environment (including support for other compliance units)
Compliance with the compliance function according to Art. 74 BankG
Ensuring and monitoring compliance with international cross-border regulations within the framework of reviews, monitoring, and targeted training
Review and further development of internal cross-border rules Analysis and optimization of business processes in the regulatory context
Target group-specific publication and communication of regulatory innovations and updates
Planning and conducting training on new and changed regulations for employees and managers
Independent preparation and coordination of impact analyses in the event of regulatory changes
We are looking for committed personalities who can inspire us with the following skills:
Completed studies in law or economics, or training with corresponding additional qualifications
Several years of professional experience in the financial sector with a focus on European financial market regulation as well as a pronounced understanding of the regulatory impact on banking operations
Practical experience both in project work on new regulations and in operational implementation in the day-to-day business of regulatory compliance
Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and the motivation to actively contribute
Willingness to take responsibility, make well-founded decisions, and communicate them clearly and appreciatively
Team spirit, initiative, and excellent communication skills in German and also English
