Our client is a non-profit institution established for over 100 years in Uster with a social mission, providing a home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments and simultaneously creating supported workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs. Thanks to its park-like grounds with a village character and a needs-oriented offer of residential, care, day and leisure places, the institution is considered an attractive employer with diverse development opportunities for employees from various professional backgrounds. To complement the team, we are looking for a committed individual as a qualified nurse for the night shift from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Qualified Nurse for Night Shift 80-100 (m/f/d)

- Care and support of people with intellectual and multiple disabilities

- Taking on medical and nursing responsibility during the night

- Recognising individual needs of the residents

- Appropriate action and response in acute situations

- Participation in interdisciplinary meetings

- Collaboration in the night shift team between 8 pm and 7 am

- Qualified nurse HF, DN II or AKP

- Experience in acute care required

- Experience with people with intellectual multiple disabilities

- Very good oral and written German skills

- Physical and mental resilience

- Attentive perception of residents' needs
