About the job
Your Tasks
In the Dementia Competence Centers Wildermettpark and Elfenau, you take on a central role in the training of nursing professions. As a full-time vocational trainer, you actively shape vocational education in a structured manner and with high pedagogical quality. You individually support learners throughout their training and ensure a professional, appreciative learning culture. You work closely with nursing professionals, education managers, schools, and parents.
Working with people with dementia is an enrichment for you, and you are familiar with the handling and corresponding concepts. You take on a role model function.

Your Profile
- Secondary level education (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Tertiary level education (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in caring for people with dementia
- Completed further training in vocational pedagogy (at least 40 hours)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High pedagogical competence and enjoyment in working with learners
- Quality awareness, organizational strength, and sense of responsibility
- Open, constructive, and reflective personality
