We are looking for an ambitious working student (Master) who actively participates in building our Investor Relations, supports investor communication, and integrates AI into our processes – not as a buzzword, but productively and practically.

You will work directly with management, take on real responsibility, and help shape how we take Investor Relations and AI internally to the next level.

Your tasks

• Support in building Investor Relations (research, KPI sets, factsheets, Q&A)
• Assistance in searching for and addressing investors (target lists, funnel, appointment coordination)
• Creation of presentations, one-pagers, and the equity story
• Integration of AI into existing processes: developing automations, training internal bots, documenting, and training employees

Your profile

• Master's degree (e.g., HSG) in Finance, Accounting, Business Innovation, or Data & AI
• Passion for artificial intelligence – LLMs, prompting, and automation are tools for you, not buzzwords

Very strong analytical skills and structured working style

• Independent, reliable, and strong communication skills – in German and English
