Introduction

We are looking for a caretaker for a single property with a 60% workload, Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 10:00 & except Tuesday and Thursday from 06:00 to 12:00

WPFM GmbH is a small, versatile company with a wide range of services. We offer caretaking, installation of kitchens & household appliances, garden maintenance and cleaning services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable caretaker starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

We are looking for a reliable caretaker who will carry out regular maintenance cleaning as well as the cleaning and care of roof terraces and roof gardens. Other tasks include cleaning and maintenance of the underground car park, technical rooms and corridors in the basement (U3) as well as outdoor cleaning of hard surfaces.

• Regular maintenance and care of buildings and outdoor facilities
• Monitoring and maintenance of technical systems
• Carrying out minor repairs and manual work
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the managed properties

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking or facility management
• Manual skills and technical understanding
• Independent, self-critical and reliable working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
