Company Description

The Tax Administration of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.stv.llv.li) is responsible for the enforcement of the Tax Act as well as the Value Added Tax Act. We are also the competent authority for international information exchange and negotiate double taxation agreements.

Job Description

You feel at home in the following areas of activity:

• Preparation of objection decisions as well as responses to complaints to the National Tax Commission and the Administrative Court
• Advice and support of the specialist departments of the office
• Clarification of tax and procedural law issues
• Participation in legislative projects as well as preparation of information leaflets
• Conducting tax exemption procedures for charitable institutions

Qualifications

You are particularly characterised for this position by:

• Completed studies in law
• Several years of professional experience in legal advice, administration or the financial sector
• Sound knowledge of administrative law; ideally knowledge of tax law and accounting
• Strong analytical skills as well as precise and confident written expression
• Good interpersonal skills as well as an independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
