These are your tasks

• You are the warm and courteous contact person at the reception – check-ins and check-outs
• You take care of guest services on site - information, advice, sales
• You perform additional tasks - vouchers, kiosk, table reservations, general administrative work
• You manage room contingents internally & externally
• You handle general correspondence, such as offers, confirmations, invoices, etc.
• You answer incoming calls and operate the telephone switchboard
• You manage contingents on external reservation systems

What we expect from you

• You have training in the hotel or tourism sector or comparable professional experience at a 4*-hotel reception
• You love guest contact, are communicative and always remain charming
• You have a strong service orientation and are always ready to go the extra mile for our guests
• You know the region or are willing to acquire this knowledge independently
• You are reliable, extremely conscientious and enjoy working independently as well as in a team
• You speak German and English – additional languages are a plus
• You are IT-savvy and familiar with common hotel systems (Opera Cloud, Aleno, common Office programmes)
