Your Tasks

• Supervision and monitoring of electroplating systems as well as ensuring technical availability and process stability
• Conducting and evaluating laboratory analyses as well as monitoring and correcting process baths
• Analysis of system malfunctions and process deviations as well as coordination of maintenance and optimisation measures
• Professional support and coaching of employees in the field of surface technology
• Participation in the setup, introduction, and stabilisation of new surface processes
• Support of production through execution, control, and documentation of electroplating processes

What Convince Us

• Completed training as Electroplater EFZ, Surface Coater EFZ, Surface Practitioner EBA or comparable technical or chemical training
• Several years of professional experience in industrial electroplating or surface technology
• Good knowledge in the supervision of electroplating systems, process monitoring, chemical analytics, and bath management
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style with a high awareness of quality, process, and safety
• Analytical skills to assess malfunctions and process deviations as well as to initiate appropriate measures
• Team-oriented personality with joy in knowledge transfer and professional development of the area
