Metalworker – Project Manager for Façade Projects with Technical and Commercial Responsibility
Tasks
- Take responsibility for the technical and commercial management of façade projects
- Ensure close collaboration with design and engineering teams to implement customer requirements
- Competently represent 4B to business clients and promote internal communication
- Prepare post-calculations and manage change order processes
- Independently manage projects of varying sizes and material diversity
Requirements
- Solid expertise in metal or timber construction with a specialisation in façade construction
- Experience in successfully executing demanding façade projects in compliance with relevant standards and legislation
- Confident and target group-appropriate communication in German, ideally complemented by knowledge of French
- Skilled project controlling with entrepreneurial thinking and team spirit
- Proficient use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
