School Leadership Landhaus School District
The Teufen school is a lively, versatile learning and living space for around 700 children and young people – from kindergarten to lower secondary level. We teach inclusively and rely on a culture of collaboration in which all children are supported to the best of their abilities.
The primary school district comprises four locations with a total of 315 children. A team of around 35 teachers professionally supports the learners in their development. We achieve our goals in a solution-oriented manner and through active cooperation – based on shared values and the principles of binding authority.
Our three school districts are operated and managed independently by a school leadership each and are subordinate to the municipal councillor responsible for education. In doing so, school leaders work closely with the school administration and – depending on the model – with a co-leadership or a deputy school leadership.
As of 1 February 2027, we are seeking committed, strong leadership personalities to lead the Landhaus school district due to a retirement.
The total 120 percent positions can be filled flexibly. Possible arrangements include, for example, a co-leadership (2 × 60%), a school leadership (80%) with a deputy school leadership (40%), or another sensible division of the positions.
