Customer Advisor & Dispatcher 100%

In this central position, you will advise customers by phone, organise efficient service deployments and actively contribute to the optimisation of customer satisfaction as well as service quality.
 
Your tasks:

• Telephone customer service & dispatching
• Receiving and processing defect reports on household appliances
• Competent telephone customer advice as well as independent handling of enquiries
• Planning and organising efficient service technician deployments considering economic and ecological criteria
• Resolving simple technical issues by phone to reduce on-site deployments 

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training
• Experience in customer service or contact centre is an advantage
• Strong service and sales orientation
• Fluent German skills in spoken (Swiss German) and written form
• French and/or Italian skills are a great plus
• Confident handling of MS Office and modern IT systems
