Tasks

• Plan and coordinate tours and transports
• Assign, lead and instruct drivers
• Optimally deploy vehicles and capacities
• Monitor delivery and pick-up appointments
• Record, process and dispatch orders
• Coordinate customers, drivers and business partners
• Organise solutions in case of delays, failures and problems
• Ensure compliance with regulations, working hours and safety standards
• Receive, process customer complaints and coordinate appropriate solutions

Requirements

• Completed commercial or logistics training is an advantage
• Experience in dispatch, logistics or transport industry is an advantage
• Career changers are welcome
• Good communication and leadership skills in dealing with drivers
• Ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
