About the job

• You will develop a dissertation in the field of Banking. A technology-related question is preferred, especially in the areas of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), artificial intelligence, or another technology relevant to banking.
• You will contribute content-wise and conceptually to practice-oriented research and consulting projects and write studies, reports, and other publications.
• Supervising student work complements your range of activities.
• You will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of our continuing education offerings.
• You will have the opportunity to gain initial teaching experience.

• You have an excellent university degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Admission to doctoral studies at a university is an advantage.
• You are interested in questions related to banking and ideally have relevant practical or research experience.
• Your proven specialist and methodological skills as well as very good analytical abilities will facilitate your start.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1) and confident communication in English.
• You possess solid programming skills, especially for data analysis and empirical research work.
