As a Group Controller, you will take on central tasks in group controlling, support consolidation according to IFRS and contribute to finance projects as well as the further development of controlling instruments. Your tasks with the new employer:
- You support the monthly group consolidation according to IFRS, analyse the results of individual business units and the overall group, and prepare meaningful decision-making bases for management
- In the annual budgeting process as well as in the group annual financial statements, you take an active role and work closely with finance, controlling and other internal interfaces
- The continuous optimisation of controlling processes, BI systems and digital tools is part of your responsibilities, as is participating in group-wide finance projects in areas such as treasury, reporting and AI
- The professional and organisational management of the accounting of a holding company, including monthly and annual financial statements, is among your secondary activities
You offer your new employer:
- A completed higher business administration education at bachelor level or equivalent with a focus on accounting, controlling or finance forms the professional basis for this demanding role
- Further training in controlling, group accounting, IFRS, finance or digitalisation complements your profile and underlines your interest in long-term professional development
- Sound experience in group controlling or a comparable function as well as knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, financial statement preparation, MS Office and SAP ERP are crucial; experience with LucaNet is an additional advantage
- Analytical thinking, a structured and quality-oriented working style as well as initiative and a sense of responsibility characterise you and enable constructive collaboration in a small, committed team
