In Business Services & Outsourcing, we advise and support national and international clients on accounting and payroll matters. In our Finance and ad Interim Solutions department, you work on diverse financial topics – from statutory annual financial statements and consolidations to payroll accounting and personnel administration.

Mandate Manager Fiduciary and Consulting (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve

• You lead and coordinate national and international mandates in the areas of financial and payroll accounting, VAT returns as well as monthly and annual financial statements.
• You prepare group reporting according to their specifications, perform intercompany reconciliations and work with various ERP systems.
• You are the central contact person for national and international companies and advise them competently on accounting and payroll matters.
• You coordinate collaboration with international network partners.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
• You support and coach team members on your mandates and promote their professional development.
• If you seek variety, you take on temporary deputy mandates directly with our clients – on site or remotely.
• You use digital technologies purposefully, optimise processes and develop innovative solutions.

What makes you successful

• You have completed further training in business/finance (e.g. fiduciary or accounting specialist certificate, business economist FH or similar) as well as proven practical experience.
• You advise clients competently, solution-oriented and on an equal footing.
• You like to take responsibility and support team members in their development.
• You think entrepreneurially, work reliably and contribute your own ideas.
• You feel comfortable in a digital, dynamic environment and are open to assignments at clients on site.
