Your tasks as a Team Leader:

• Leading and developing a team of around 8 employees including apprentices
• Ensuring efficient processes and smooth production in the bakery
• Responsible for goods and inventory management as well as production planning
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards
• Close collaboration with other team leaders and production management

Your profile:

• Basic training as a baker-confectioner-pastry chef with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Solid experience in bakery production
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• High quality standards and entrepreneurial thinking
